A doggie named "Rusty"

Rusty is Josee's 4 year old boxer, although he thinks he is still a puppy. We are house sitting him for a few weeks while Josee is away.



He is loveable and full of energy and very affectionate, he bounces around like a rabbit and jumps on you when its time to play. Although most of the day he just lies around and sleeps.. his most favorite thing in the whole world..as you see here

He hates taking a bath, but sometimes has no choice

He likes to play with the ball and the frisbee which he will shove into your crotch when he wants you to throw it for him...he also loves to play tug of war with a rope.



Recently while walking him, Rusty got attacked by a big dog, although surprised at first Rusty fought back, he was a bit hurt but is recovering nicely.. he is a real sweetheart!

Our brand new Honda Fit!!

We got a new car and it is a Fit.

Our new car is a Honda Fit 2007 (in Europe it is called Honda Jazz.

We ordered this car after going to see and try lots of cars. We got it because we liked if of course and because it would be available quickly (couple of days)




But the car didn't get ready for a long while (almost a week longer) because they lost the keys!!! and new keys needed to come all the way from Japan.



In the mean time we rented a car. A monster of a car a Dodge Magnum, and that was a big car that drove like a garbage truck.



But now we are happy with our Fit. T&T Honda made up for their mistakes and gave us some good deals on extras like the key less entry and extra insurance.

And the car drives perfect. It looks like a little car but it has lots and lots of room in it. Come visit us and i show you the need tricks that we can do with the seats.

Our new home

We bought a house.

It is in Tuscany a newer area in Calgary. The house was build in 2000 and so still very new. The house across the street are just being build so a real new area.


We will get the key on August 31 so then we can start putting the personal touches to the place while we wait for our furniture to arrive from Sweden.

The whole search for a house was more difficult then we had hoped for but luckily we had a great realtor to help us. Thank you for you great work Micheal Falconar!

Calgary

WOW that was a long time since we wrote here. Sorry for that but as you may have known we where kinda busy.

On June 22e (jep my birthday) we moved to Canada. And now we live in Calgary.
Smriti just started working and since a couple of days we have Internet at home again so i am working to.

Just to let you know we are doing fine. We have a nice place to live and start to get everything arranged. At the moment we looking real hard to find a nice house that we can buy.

I will post more in the next days so come by again and see what happened with us.
