My Birthday in 2007
Yesterday I became again a little older.
But at least I had fun getting older.
It all started at Midnight on June 22. I was in Edmonton where Smriti had another Conference.
Rick and Hollie took good care of us and thanks for the nice presents.
Then at around 4 we went back to Calgary. We also took Claudia (Smriti's Colleague) with a really heavy suitcase.
After a easy but long ride home Claudia asked me kindly if i could help getting her suitcase in the house because her shoulder hurt (yeah right).
So then when we enter her house lots of people where there to surprise me
Yan gave me a nice baloon and the there where some things hidden in the house.
So first I found the Hat that said Birthday Boy and then I found some Magic Grow animals that look like pills but when you put them in water they come alive and grow to their animal shape.
Next i found the donkey game and the Purple hair spray.
So first of course some hair needed to get some color.........
Purple looks good on you Lorraine.
In the mean time Ivan was busy playing with the BBQ
So after coloring some hair of people that dared (Me, Smriti, Rowena, Yan and Lorraine) we got to the food. WOW that was a good Burger. I didn't get why there where all those vegetables invited to my party but OK I can forgive you for those.
After this we got to the cake part. Angelika made a beautifull cake in the chape of a Kinder Suprise egg with real whiped cream instead of Icing, just the way i like it.
After the great tasting cake it was time to pin the Donkey
That was fun but the poor donkey now even has a tail hanging on his head.
The we had some more fun and then just before we left some one wanted some of my candy's from my cake and that ended up with some interesting pictures.
But Claudia what is that in you HAIR?????
And last of course I want to thank everybody for making this a great birthday.
Great friends great food an even better cake and way to big a presents and i guess now i can't stop running any more with my new Running room giftcard.
